1. The Website and Beta Program

Anko is currently in private beta. Access to the product is by invitation only, at our sole discretion, and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without notice. Nothing on this Website constitutes an offer to provide the product to any particular person or company.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and authorized to act on behalf of your organization if applying on its behalf, to submit a demo request or beta application.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting a form
• Use the Website for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or any related systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Website
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Website

4. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are owned by Anko or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Website without our prior written consent.

5. Beta Program Terms

If accepted into the private beta:

• Access is for evaluation purposes only, not production use, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The product is provided "as is" during the beta period, without warranties of any kind, and may change or be discontinued at any time.
• We may collect feedback and usage information to improve the product.
• Confidentiality and data handling for beta participants using the product with real business data are governed by a separate agreement executed with your organization, not these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anko will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Anko harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to jurisdiction there.
